With CorkCycle, I developed an innovative biocomposite made from recycled wine corks and natural glue. From this material, I create affordable and aesthetic everyday objects that are both ecological and accessible.

One of my first applications is a multifunctional furniture piece that can be used both as a stool and a side table. Its removable solid oak top protects the cork and can also serve as a serving tray or charcuterie board.

CorkCycle is my exploration of balance between craftsmanship and production, sustainability and design, experimentation and feasibility.
